SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for visiting and shopping at RIN HUB. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Destinations & Costs
We currently offer international shipping to the following countries/regions: the Philippines and Singapore.

Free Shipping: Enjoy free express shipping on all orders over $80 (or the equivalent in your local currency).

Standard Shipping Fee: For orders under the free shipping threshold, a flat rate shipping fee of $5 (or the equivalent in your local currency) will be applied.
3. Delivery Times

Estimated Shipping Time: 3-7 business days after your order has been dispatched.

Please note that these times are estimates and do not include our order processing time (1-2 business days). Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to customs processing, weather events, or carrier volume, which are beyond our control.
4. Customs, Import Duties, and Taxes

Your Responsibility: You are the importer of record and are responsible for ensuring your order complies with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

Potential Charges: All applicable customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are determined by your local customs authority.

Payment: If applicable, these fees must be paid by you to the carrier to clear your package through customs. RIN HUB has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
5. Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. We process and ship orders quickly, leaving only a small window to correct any errors. Please contact us immediately at service@rinhub.com if you have provided an incorrect address. We are not liable for packages lost or undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
RIN HUB is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier. If your tracking information confirms delivery but you have not received the package, please first contact your local post office or the shipping carrier directly. If the issue remains unresolved, reach out to our customer support team at service@rinhub.com for further assistance.
7. Returns
For any returns, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to our warehouse. Please refer to our [Return & Refund Policy] for detailed information on how to initiate a return.
