Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. Only items with a pre-approved return request are eligible for a refund.

2. How to Initiate a Return
Important: Please do not ship your return without prior authorization. You must first contact our customer service team via email to initiate the return process.

To request a return, please email us at service@rinhub.com and provide the following information:

  • Your order number.

  • The name and quantity of the item(s) you wish to return.

  • A detailed reason for the return.

  • Clear photo(s) of the item(s) showing their current condition, including any tags and original packaging.

We will review your request and respond within 2-3 business daysYour return will only be officially accepted once you have received a confirmation email from us that includes your return authorization and our designated return address.

3. Condition of Returns
To be eligible for a refund, all items must be returned in their original condition:

  • Unused: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

  • Original State: All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact and included.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number is required.

4. Processing Times

  • You must ship your return and ensure we receive it within 14 calendar days of receiving our approval email.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of your refund status via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

5. Exclusions (Non-Returnable Items)
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Return requests submitted after 7 calendar days from delivery.

  • Any item that shows signs of wear, damage, washing, or is not in its original condition.

  • All sale or discounted items.

  • Intimate apparel (e.g., underwear, socks) for hygiene reasons, unless defective.

  • Items returned to us without prior authorization.

6. Shipping Costs

  • You are responsible for all costs associated with returning your item(s). Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • For returns valued over $75, we highly recommend using a trackable or insured shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment.

7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 72 hours at service@rinhub.com with supporting photos or video evidence.

8. Gift Returns
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit or store credit for the value of your return. For non-gift orders, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
