RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Eligibility for Returns/Refunds:
You may request a return or refund within 7 calendar days of receiving your delivery. Only items with an approved return request are eligible.

Return requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Returned items must be shipped to and received by RIN HUB within 14 calendar days of the original delivery date. Please ship returns to:

All items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all tags attached and in original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required.

Exclusions:

Return requests submitted after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Items showing signs of wear, damage from use or washing, or without original tags will not be refunded.

Sale items or discounted products are final and cannot be refunded.

Intimate apparel (underwear, socks, etc.) may not be returned for hygiene reasons unless defective.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
Processing Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of your refund status via email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges:
We only offer exchanges or replacements for defective or damaged items.
If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 72 hours at rinhub.info@gmail.com.
Gift Returns:

If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit or voucher once the return is processed.

For non-gift orders, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping:

You are responsible for return shipping costs.

For returns valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable or insured shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment.
