RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Eligibility for Returns/Refunds:

You may request a return or refund within 7 calendar days of receiving your delivery. Only items with an approved return request are eligible.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery.

  • Returned items must be shipped to and received by RIN HUB within 14 calendar days of the original delivery date. Please ship returns to:

  • All items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all tags attached and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required.

Exclusions:

  • Return requests submitted after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage from use or washing, or without original tags will not be refunded.

  • Sale items or discounted products are final and cannot be refunded.

  • Intimate apparel (underwear, socks, etc.) may not be returned for hygiene reasons unless defective.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.


Processing Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of your refund status via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Haven’t Received Your Refund?

  • Check with your bank or payment provider—some processing times may vary.

  • If you still haven’t received your refund after this period, contact us at rinhub.info@gmail.com.


Exchanges:

We only offer exchanges or replacements for defective or damaged items.
If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 72 hours at rinhub.info@gmail.com.


Gift Returns:

  • If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit or voucher once the return is processed.

  • For non-gift orders, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.


Return Shipping:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • For returns valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable or insured shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment.
